Junior Differs Fall Team
We are excited to partner with the Club Youth League (CYL) to offer a competitive Junior Differs Fall Team. Tryouts are required and will take place on Saturday, June 25th and Wednesday, June 29th at The Diff (10485 Henderson Rd, Brighton).
Who:
Athletes going into grades 5th-8th next year
Tryouts:
6/25 12:30 – 2:00 PM (Grades 5-6)
6/25 2:15 – 3:45 PM (Grades 7-8)
6/29 9:00 – 10:30 AM (Grades 5-6)
6/29 9:00 – 10:30 AM (Grades 7-8)
Season:
The season will run from September 1st- October 29th
Practices:
Practices will typically be 2x/week (days and times to be determined)
Competition:
Competitions will be held on the 5 Saturdays in October typically from 9am-12pm at locations in the Denver Metro Area. Each Saturday you will have up to 3 matches for at total of up to 15 matches on the season.
Uniform:
A shirt with Arete Volleyball and CYL logo will be provided to each athlete. The athlete will need to provide their own spandex/shorts, athletic shoes, and knee pads.
Coaching:
Coaches will be provided by Arete Volleyball Club
Cost:
$25 for the tryout – if you make the team the cost will be $450 for the season (the cost includes all instruction, competition fees, and uniform)
