14 North Head Coach
Liv played at The Diff for three years and will be entering her third season as a coach this year. Her dad introduced her to volleyball her freshman year of high school and once she met Trisha Kroll (Owner of The Diff) she knew it was an important place to be apart of and wanted to be apart of their mission ever since.
Liv was a libero at Bridgeport University before medically retiring due to an ACL tear. She returned to Colorado and is now attending CSU and is the Assistant Varsity Coach at Fossil Ridge High School. She is a competitor that brings lots of positivity and energy to her team and often receives the same passion in return.
How has The Diff made a difference in your life?
“High school is not easy for anyone but the Diff showed me how to prioritize things and be a better person. I take so much of what the Diff has taught me into my daily life.”
What motivates you to achieve excellence?
“I believe that impacting and connecting with people is what motivates me. I want to positively impact everyone that I meet and coaching gives me the ability to do this.”
Tell us about a coach, educator, mentor or role model that made a difference in your life.
“Trisha was a huge role model in my life. She was the first adult outside of my parents that really poured into my success as a person and a player. I value the things she taught me throughout my years in high school and the way she continues to pour into me as a coach and person. I hope that I can someday be this sort of mentor for someone else.”
